About: Janet Desaulniers

Janet Desaulniers’ story collection, What You’ve Been Missing, won the 2004 John Simmons Award. The Between is from a book-length unreliable autobiography of teaching, writing, and death. She teaches in the MFA in Writing program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she was inaugural chair. Michael K. Meyers’ short stories appear in numerous on-line and print publications including The New Yorker, Fiction, Alice Blue Review, and Chelsea. Audio and video work, besides being available on his website, michaelkmeyers.com, can be viewed and listened to at numerous on-line journals. He has presented performance and theater pieces internationally and teaches in the graduate program at The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.
